OUTSTANDING bouquet of roses for my mother's 89th birthday. Roots & Blooms is the best florist in Bartlesville, hands down. If you need floral arrangement for any occasion, look nowhere else--these ladies are professionals; they won't dissapoint. Ask for Albany; she'll go above and beyond to make sure all your floral needs are met. You won't get this level of service anywhere else in town.
