I ordered these flowers for a friend and she was very pleased with them. The level of service was wonderful and above and beyond my expectations. I received notice they received my order, when the order was out for delivery with tracking information, plus another notification when they were delivered. A photo was included so I knew the correct arrangement had been delivered. I'm very satisfied with this company and would use them again if needed.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
