Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

We ordered the sympathy arrangement the same day we needed it delivered. Not only was it on time but it surpassed our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful!

We ordered this for someone within our organization that had a death in the family. The day it was to be delivered we had a terrible arctic blast with temperatures around zero and wind chills well below. Roads were treacherous. Even though we figured it would be delayed, they called us to let us know that it would be delivered the following day. What amazing customer service to call us! Not only that, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I was able to easily order and pay online and they emailed me a picture of the arrangement when they finished it. We were very pleased with Roots + Blooms and highly recommend them!
